You Gotta Love the Hard Right

Note the message on the sign held by the guy in the window. This journal of the paleo right wing nicely summarizes what conservatives hold dearest, the only issue they really care about when all is said and done: lower tax rates. That was their answer for everything, and when it also became President Bush's answer for everything, his presidency was effectively over. Like most Americans, we won't miss it a bit. The only problem is he has two months left. His presidency, like the man himself, is forgotten but not gone.

Wait till he gets around to Presidential Pardons. As Claude Rains once said, "Round up the usual suspects."

The real issue is what laws will they try to force through before they're actually gone. Expect more of this to be happening than the media will actually cover. Or maybe I'm just being cynical. But I doubt it.

Art, when it comes to this gang, it's almost impossible to be more cynical than they are. They have no shred of shame or decency.

Clinton had his share of felons that received the Presidential pardon, but that's ok with you left wingers. You drive-bys will be wondering in 2 years while did the American people vote for someone we did not know.mfh

No, Clinton's pardon of Marc Rich was definitely not alright. It was sleazy & left a major black mark on his reputation & his presidency that will never be erased.I think it even damaged Hillary's chances.
